Location is its biggest asset, but also I think the owners worst. I feel they are aware they have a monopoly on being the only hotel/motel for 12 miles and feel they do not need to rise to the proper standard of a hotel charging right at $200+(incl taxes and fees/+$35more/pet(near twice national average)) going thru booking sites is the only way this remotely resembles value at $110+fees/taxes+extras...

loved the cleanliness of the facility including the room. I’m my 5 night stay I only had one incident of a “cold” response from the front desk staff and tbh it was the last night I stayed. overall.. I would def stay here again. the breakfast was great, all but one encounter with staff was great. I highly recommend staying here.

It was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff made the difference because they were so friendly and helpful when I (and my pets) were highly stressed out from a long trip out of a hurricane zone. I loved that it was within minutes of my grandchildren and they could have a swim.

The breakfast was always good with a good variety. Enjoyed the pool and the gym. The breakfast had a good variety. The staff was always helpful and friendly. This facility just made us feel like home. Very comfortable.
